Heating and Cooling TroubleshootingUpdated a year ago

If your Edge Chiller is experiencing issues with heating and/or cooling issues, please use the following to diagnose and resolve.

1. Check the water flow rate on the bottom left corner of the control screen. If the flow rate is below 14L, please watch our maintenance protocol (here) or find it in our user manual on page 23 (here).
2. Be sure that there are at least 12 inches of space on either side of the chiller. This allows for adequate airflow for cooling/heating.
3. Keep in mind that the chiller will have a +/- of 2.5 degrees Fahrenheit from the desired temperature. The chiller will automatically kick on when it gets outside of this temperature range.
